The Krakow University of Economics (KUE) is a modern university with traditions dating back to 1925. It conducts extensive scientific research and is currently educating 15 000 students.

The University is one of the largest centers for economic research and sciences in Poland. KUE students acquire their knowledge in three organizational units: College of Economics, Finance and Law, College of Economics and Public Administration and College of Management and Quality Sciences.

Operating uninterrupted for nearly a hundred years, the university, faithfully carries out the mission established by its founders: Rerum cognoscere causas et valorem (To learn the causes and values ​​of things), educating the hearts and minds of successive generations of outstanding specialists. Currently, KUE offers programs in 30 fields of study in Polish and English, including postgraduate studies and prestigious MBA studies.

The project will be implemented by Malopolska School of Public Administration (MSAP) – KUE non-faculty unit which is a dynamically developing educational and consultancy institution that specialise in public issues. MSAP’s activities include research and implementation, consultancy, education (postgraduate studies), and publishing. It runs practice-oriented projects in collaboration with domestic and international partners with a view to improving the performance of central and local government administration units.

The European Centre for Women and Technology (ECWT) is a European multi-stakeholder partnership of more than 130 organizations from all around Europe and not only. ECWT serves as a European single point of contact for information, collection and analysis of data, research, and the development of appropriate methodological tools to attract more girls to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), for nurturing and retaining women in the knowledge economy through industry and entrepreneurial careers, promoting the female talent to provide added value to ICT solutions, supporting more female ICT business start-ups and consolidating the largest network for closing the Digital Gender Gap in Europe.

The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is the university of applied sciences of the six Central Swiss cantons. More than 7,800 students are working towards a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree, while an additional 4,700 participate in continuing and executive education programs. The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is the largest university level institution in Central Switzerland.

Lviv Polytechnic National University is the oldest technical higher educational institution in Ukraine and East Europe. It was founded in 1816. University consists of 17 institutes, more than 100 departments; autonomous, additional and general subdivisions.

Sumy State University (SumDU) is a classical higher education institution located in Sumy, Ukraine’s north-eastern region.

SumDU has entered the top group of premier world institutions, ranking fifth among Ukrainian HEIs and categorized as a university with high research intensity, according to the QS World University Rankings. The Times Higher Education World University Ranking reaffirmed its place among the top 500 universities in the world, as well as first among Ukrainian HEIs

The Association of Innovative Space Clusters of Ukraine brings together five regional spacetech clusters in Ukraine on a voluntary basis and serves as a platform for the development of innovations and the internationalization of their activities.

The ecosystem of the spacetech supercluster includes R&D, engineering, process development, production, and innovative funding in the following domains:
